Nikon Takes Another Technological Leap And Makes Underwater Cams

Technology has indeed taken a jump - with its advancement it opens a gateway for us to see the world underneath the waves, to capture the details which appeared to be very difficult.  Nikon - one of the planet’s leading brands in creativity - has been settled since the year 1917.  With its dependability and consistency in the world of cameras it’s been a sector leader for some years.

It is really the functionality of Nikon that has made them so desirable.

Camera controls are intuitive to operate, starting with the upper toggle turn on the rear of the camera, switching between wide angle and telephoto perspectives.  The image that you are focussing on is displayed on a small screen on the rear of the camera there is no eye piece as such, not like the traditional cameras the you will have seen.

A little strain on the focus / execute button makes the camera focus and work out exposure - a full press will cause the camera to take a picture.  Most users will use this absolutely automatic mode.

The screen found at the rear of your camera will allow you to check images taken.  It makes it feasible to review the shots that you have taken, and you can remove the pictures you don’t need to keep.  Use the lower toggle switch to step thru the shots you have taken.

To quote the words of one pro underwater photographer, “the Nikon D70 allows access to all the most frequently used buttons and functions.  Absent is the Depth-of-Field preview button, which I feel is rather helpful but some may not know exists!”

Indeed, using the additional settings of AF-C ( Continuous Auto-Focus ) and Dynamic-AF area, one can shoot macro, wide-angle and even portraits by simply and quickly changing the lens.  You’ll see the advantage of this sharp and exact automobile focus system when it comes to chasing and capturing really fast subjects.

Nikon underwater cameras are designed both for executives and first time users.
